Recipe instructions
- In a shallow bowl, add egg and hot sauce; beat. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine ground panko, cheese, smoked paprika, and garlic salt. Close the bag and give a good shake until the ingredients are well blended.
- Dip zucchini sticks in egg mixture and then transfer them to the panko mixture; close the bag and shake until well coated. Transfer on a plate.
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. When hot but not smoking and has reached 350 ?F, fry zucchini sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1 to 1 O minutes per side. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to absorb any excess oil. Serve with ranch dressing
