Bbq chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Beat Salt, Pepper, Poultry Seasoning, Vinegar & Beer in large container.
- Add eggs to mixture and beat again.
- Add oil to mixture and beat again.
- Add chicken ensuring chicken is submerged in mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (min 12hrs. better after 24hrs).
- Place marinated chicken on charcoal grill.
- Cook for 45 to 60 minutes flipping every 15 to 20 minutes until done.
- Serve with potato or macaroni salad.
