Almond chicken breasts (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
Season chicken, then place in melted butter until coated. Bakeskin side down for 20 minutes at 400. Turn chicken. Combine onion, garlic, and 1/2 cup wine. Pour mixture over over chicken. Bake40 minutes longer at 325. Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Add drippings from chicken, sour cream, and remaining wine. Heat. Add half of the almonds. Place chicken on platter and pour sauce over it. Top with remaining almonds
