Asian beef bites (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Drain the raisins and mince finely. Combine with the onions, chicken breast mixture, lemongrass, yogurt, coconut milk, cashews and seasoning, to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Divide the dough into 30 pieces and form balls or cut the puff pastry into 30 pieces.
- Use your thumb and press into each dough ball or puff pastry piece making a well.
- Place a spoonful of filling into the well of each dough/puff pastry piece and push the sides in to form the ball/piece into a square.

Place on a baking sheet and bakefor 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
