Bruschetta chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Bruschetta.
- stir together chopped tomatoes, onion, basil, chopped garlic, salt & pepper, and 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgion olive oil. Set aside until chicken is done.
- Chicken.
- Add olive oil to pan and preheat until oil is shimmering.
- Add chicken to pan, sprinkle with salt & pepper and dried basil. Cook until browned. - about 6 minute Shorter if yousing thin sliced breast. Turn chicken over to brown other side. Cook 2-3 minute Add garlic to pan and cook over medium heat for several min more until chicken is cooked through.

Place chicken on serving platter and top with Bruschetta mixture. Add a sprinkle of freshly grated paremesan.
