Brad's mexican chicken meat (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place chicken in a pot.
- Cover with water, add salt.
- Bring to a rolling boil for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove chicken and pick meat clean.
- Saute onions and pepper 5 minutes in a skillet.
- Add chicken meat, 3 ladles of water used to boil chicken, cumin and chili powder. Cook until reduced by half. 10 minutes.
- Serve in favorite tortillas.
