Foolproof blender hollandaise (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Put egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Melt butter or margarine and heat until it bubbles, but don't let it brown.
  3. Add hot water to egg yolks and lemon juice.
  4. Blend on high and immediately pour in hot butter in a steady stream.
  5. Add salt, cayenne and mustard.
  6. Blend about 30 seconds.
