Hot pepper oil (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Sterilize a 1 cup mason jar or the equivalent.
- Remove stems from the dried peppers. Cut peppers in half and remove all the seeds; finely chop.
- Add olive oil, garlic and sea salt to a blender or food processor. Pulse to combine.
- Fill jar with olive oil mixture; refrigerate.
