Tamatillo avacado salsa (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Prep ingredients so that they will blend properly. i.e. cut onion into chunks so it will blend, but there is no need to dice it.
- Place all ingredients in order into a blender (Blendtec with Twister jar is recommended). The ingredients are ordered such that those with greater hydration are first. This aids blending, but may not entirely prevent air pockets.
- Blend until relatively smooth, but not liquefied.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
