Chesapeake bay crab cakes (recipe) details

Recipe instructions

  1. Drain crabmeat, removing any bits of shell.
  2. Combine egg and next 7 ingredients; stir in crabmeat.
  3. Shape into 6 (3 inch) patties.
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Combine 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning; spread evenly on crab cakes.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bakeat 350 for 20 minutes or until golden.
  8. (Be careful not to overbake..
  9. Serve with Tartar sauce or cocktail sauce.
