Crab and cheese stuffed mushrooms (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- mix crab meat and cream cheese together.
- add 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese mix together.
- pull stems off mushrooms and save for something else.
- stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
- put 2 tbsp olive oil in baking dish.
- place mushrooms in dish
- put remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzerella on top of mushrooms.
- drizzle remaining tbsp olive oil on top.
- bake25 minutes at 350 degrees.
