Fresh no cook salsa (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pour canned tomatoes in large bowl.
  2. Peel, seed and dice roma tomatoes and add to bowl.
  3. Seed and dice peppers and add to bowl.
  4. Finely chop cilantro and add to bowl.
  5. Dice onion and add to bowl.
  6. Dice or press garlic and add.
  7. Add the vinegar, cumin and salt.
  8. Stir all ingredients well. Eat right away or refrigerate. This makes a large bowl of salsa that keeps for about a week in the refrigerator.
