Greek chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Saute chicken breast in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, oregano,lemon juice, onions.
  3. mushrooms, white wine, salt and pepper.
  4. Finish with butter.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Top with feta cheese (Do not melt).
  7. Serve with garlic buttered Linguine or rice pilaf.
