Green cactus chimichurri (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Drain cactus, add to food processor.
- Add juice of lemon and lime, garlic and red pepper.
- Add fresh cilantro to taste if desired.
- Turn on food processor and then stream in about 1/2 cup olive oil, or until makes a nice consistency.
- Saltl and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!.
