Crock pot thai style chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place all the ingredients but the fryer in a crock pot. Adjust flavors to taste.
- Place fryer in, breast side down. Allow it to marinate for at least two hours (and up to overnight), covered, in the fridge.
- Flip the fryer over, breast side up. Turn crock pot on low and cook for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or on a salad. I like it with a peanut sauce.
