  1. Dice chicken in 1-inch pieces.Add coconut milk,along with curry paste,to large non-stick skillet over medium heat.Bring to a boil,add chicken and potatoes.
  2. Reduce to a simmer,cover and cook 20 minutes,stirring a few times.
  3. Serve garnished with green onions.
