Grilled steak with curry sauce (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Melt the butter and saute the garlic and onion until lightly golden. Stir in coriander and curry powder. Add the milk and apple. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. (Add more broth if the sauce gets too thick..
  3. While the sauce is simmering, grill the steak to desired level of \doneness.\ Brush with the sauce and serve.
