Recipe instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Take each chop and season well with seasoning. Spray a deep skillet with Pam spray until it is running when you tilt skillet. On a Med-High heat brown each chop and set over on a paper towel until all chops are done. Now place all chops back in skillet and pour about 2 cups of water or until about half way up the pork chops. Bring to a boil and reduce to a heavy simmer and put a lid on.
- Simmer about 30 to 45 minutes or until fork tender. Check occasionally!.
