Keto cocoa peppermint fat bombs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place softened cream cheese and butter in bowl. Beat with a mixer until soft and fluffy.
  2. Add sweetener. Start with 2 tablespoons and add more if you want it sweeter.
  3. Add cocoa and peppermint extract. mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Chill for about an hour in the fridge.
  5. Form into balls and roll in cocoa powder.
  6. Store in refrigerator or or freezer.
