Baked salmon with veggies (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place salmon in a shallow greased baking dish.
  2. Drizzle juice from 1 whole lemon over fish.
  3. Combine cream cheese & salt & pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Add tomato, chives, mushrooms & parsley to cream cheese.
  5. Top salmon with veggie mix.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven until fish flakes easily (about 12-15 minutes).
  7. Garnish with fresh chives & lemon wedges.
