Basil-tomato chicken skillet (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  2. Coat an unheated 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook and stir chicken in hot skillet until done.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add tomatoes and basil; heat through.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add spinach; toss until wilted.
  8. Divide among 4 plates.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
