Blue cheese baked salmon (recipe)


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2. Place salmon fillets in pan.
  3. 3. Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Spoon 1 -2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing over the top of the salmon. Put enough to cover the top of the fillet.
  5. 5. Bakefor 25 minutes (or until the fish flakes easily) in oven.
  6. 6. Option using blue cheese crumbles: Bakefor 20 minutes, spread the blue cheese crumbles on top and bakeanother 5 minutes.
