Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray and turn up the sides so the marinade will stay on the foil.
- Place the salmon in the center of the foil.
- In a large measuring cup, combine the lemon juice, melted butter, garlic and fresh dill. Whisk together. Pour this butter mixture over the salmon.
- Pull the foil up over the salmon and fold over/pinch the foil together, on the ends too, sealing the salmon inside.
- Bakein the oven for 15-20 minutes. It is completely cooked when it easily flakes with a fork
