Recipe instructions

1. In a medium bowl beat eggs and milk together.
2. Stir in cheese.
3. Melt butter or margarine in a non-stick frying pan. Swirl to coat the pan.
4. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until cooked through but not browned.
5. Remove from heat and cool completely.
6. Package into individual meals. This meal should keep for three days in the refrigerator. Freeze any meals that won t be used within that time.
