Cherry tomato planets (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Slice 1/8\ off stem end of tomatoes.
  3. Core each tomato.
  4. Fill each tomato with cheese, put a slice of pepperoni or bacon on top, then the top for the tomato.
  5. Secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Broil about 6\ from the heat for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
  8. Serve warm.
