Recipe instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the top with onion, salt, pepper, and tomatoes. Drizzle butter over all the fillets and tomatoes.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more.
