Broccoli cheese casserole (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 8F.
  2. Lightly grease 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Parboil broccoli and spread in baking dish.
  4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, eggs, and salt and pepper until well blended. Fold in cracked matzo and pour mixture over broccoli.
  5. Arrane thinly sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bakefor 45 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
