Giant burger a round meatloaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mustard and horseradish; set aside.
  3. Mix meat and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Divide in half.
  5. Pat on half evenly in an ungreased 8\ pie pan.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over meat in pan.
  7. Shape remaining meat into an 8\ circle, place on top of cheese mixture and pinch edges of meat patties together to seal.
  8. Bake55 min.
  9. or until well done.
  10. Remove to a serving plate and cut into wedges to serve.
