Sarah's italian meatballs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients, one at a time. I usually mix it all together with my bare hands, with frequent washing, but you can used a mixing spoon, or put plastic sandwich bags on your hands.
- Form meat into small to medium size balls about an inch and a half in diameter- or your preference.
- Place meatballs on cookie sheets lined with tinfoil.
- Bakefor 30-40 minutes, or until slightly browned. I usually check it after 35 minutes
