Bacon and tofu roll (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Drain a piece of firm tofu by putting the tofu on a plate and then a bowl full of water on the top of the tofu for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the tofu into thick rectangle pieces, and cut each bacon into 2 pieces( I trimmed the really fat part of the bacon before using it). Then wrap each tofu piece with a bacon piece.
- Heat a frying pan(medium heat), and fry both sides of the bacon and tofu roll. When it's almost done, drizzle a little bit of say sauce over and continue fry both sides until done.
