Pork loins (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix bread crumbs, saltine crackers, ginger and sage in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add parmesean cheese, enough to suit your liking, and mix well.
- Pour onto a plate.
- Put Canola oil in a baking dish.
- Dip pork tenderloin in beaten egg. Let extra egg drip off.
- Put tenderloin in the bread crumb mixture and cover well.
- Place Tenderloin in baking dish.
- Place in oven and cook until top/sides are golden brown. Turn over so both sides are crispy. Cook until juices run clear
