Baked spiced pork chops (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Add all spices and grind to powder (there will be large pieces in it, that is okay).
  2. Lightly dust one side of pork chop.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and brown both sides of pork.
  4. Lay onion in large baking pan with foil (large enough to create pocket).
  5. Cover onion with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Lay browned pork chops on onion and dust with remaining spices.
  7. Fold foil to create pouch.
  8. Bakeat 425 8F for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Open and serve with onion and sauce!.
