Luau pork (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place a large sheet of heavy duty foil in a baking pan.
  2. Put roast on top and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  3. Seal very tightly. You might want to wrap it a second time.
  4. Turn on oven to 300 8(convection)or 325 8(conventional).
  5. Place pan on lower rack of oven and bakefor 3 to 4 hours. Meat should fall apart and be very tender and juicy.
  6. To serve, shred the pork and mound on a platter and garnish.
