Bacon cheese melts (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Stir together cheese, bacon, mayo, chives, onion, celery salt and red pepper.
  2. Spread over bread slices.
  3. Cut each slice into 3 equal strips.
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bakeat 325 on the lowest oven rack for 12 minutes.
