Recipe instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbl butter over moderate heat. Add the bacon and sautv until crisp and golden, 3-5 minute Pour off fat, leaving the bacon in the skillet.
  2. Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley. When the butter has melted, sautv garlic and parsley for about 1 minute more. Then pour the sauce over cooked pasta. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
