Bea's pork skewers (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers.
  2. In a plastic bag, mix the marinade ingredients.
  3. Add pork pieces to marinade and let sit at least 2 hours.
  4. Place one red pepper piece and one onion piece at bottom of skewers.
  5. Zigzag pork pieces onto skewer.
  6. Add tomato to top of skewer.
  7. Grill until cooked through.
