Halloumi and bacon rolls (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 8F
  2. Cut the halloumi into 20 sticks.
  3. Stretch each slice of bacon with the back of a knife, then cut in half.
  4. Season the bacon with black pepper, then sprinkle with the chopped chives.
  5. Roll the bacon around the halloumi in a spiral and arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bakefor 12-15 mins or until the bacon is brown and beginning to crisp.
