- Preheat oven to 450.
- Halve or quater the peppers lengthwise,depending on their size.
- Remove seeds and ribs and brush skins lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange,hollow sides up on crumpled foil (so they stay in place) in a roasting pan.
- In a medium bowl blend cheese with sour cream,egg yolk and seasonings-spoon it into pepper cavities.
- Bakefor 20 minutes until lightly puffed and brown.
