- Deseed and finely chop the chilli.
- Beat together all ingredients except the paprika. You can do this by hand but personally I use a mini-food processor.
- If the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency.
- Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites.
