- 1. Thaw fish if frozen. Preheat oven to 450 8F Rinse fish and pat dry. Grease cookie sheet.
- 2. In small bowl, stir mayo, chese and Worcestershire sauce. Spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish. Place fish on cookie sheet.
- 3. Bakeuncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
