Recipe instructions
- Put the butter, cheese and flour into a food processor. Pulse until the dough is grainy, then add the water one spoonful at a time until the dough forms a ball. Refrigerate for 90 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll the dough out onto a floured surface. Cut out cracker shapes using a pastry cutter (no bigger than 2\x2\) then place on a parchment sheet lined baking pan.
- Bakein the oven for 15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes that the crackers are not too brown.
