Smoked cheese and pumpkin bake. (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into thick slices and layer in a shallow, oiled dish. Drizzle liberally with cream.
  2. Put in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the pumpkin is soft, around 15 minutes.
  3. Crunch crisps but not finely. Sprinkle with cheese on top of pumpkin and return to the oven and bakeuntil cheese is golden.
  4. BTW, it's cheese and onion flavour crisps. The website doesn't accept it.
