Recipe instructions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken pieces liberally with paprika.
  2. Salt them according to taste.
  3. Bakein an uncovered dish at 350 for an hour.
  4. Drain the fat off and add about 1 inch of water in the pan.
  5. Cover tightly and bakefor another hour.
  6. Pour the drippings off to use a clear juice/gravy.
