Recipe instructions
- Cut wings into separate pieces.
- Season with salt,pepper and garlic.
- Grill over medium low heat, turning often. Grill until wings are about 2/3 done Be careful not to char the wings.
- Melt butter in sauce pan and mix in hot sauce.
- Toss wings with hot sauce and butter until well coated.
- Bakeon a rack over a sheet pan at 350 F until Crisp.
