B's cajun chicken wings (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except wings and oil.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Slowly pour in oil and BBQ sauce and process until a thick paste forms.
  4. In a zip lock bag, add wings and paste and closed bag.
  5. Mix until wings are well coated.
  6. Refrigerate over night.
  7. Bakewings at 425 degrees F until nicely browned outside and cooked through (45 minutes).
  8. Serve warm.
