Bbq soy chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Mix first six ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Pour over chicken and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place chicken in baking dish.
  4. Bakeat 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or till cooked through, turning once or twice and brushing with sauce occasionally.
  5. Note: I will take extra sauce from bowl and boil on stove and brush marinade on chicken two or three times instead of using drippings from cooking chicken.
