Baked parmesan chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, pepper, salt, oregano, paprika and cayenne.
  2. Combine garlic and butter.
  3. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry.
  4. Dip chicken in butter, and dredge in cracker mixture.
  5. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bakeat 350 for 1 hour until done.
