Buffalo chicken balls (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine the chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, spray with oil (Pam) and bakeat 400 degrees till lightly browned.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and combine with Frank's Red Hot. Toss meatballs in the sauce, serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip.
