Chiles relleno puffs (recipe)


  1. Combine butter and flour in a food processor bowl.
  2. Process until well mixed.
  3. Add Monterey Jack cheese, chilies and garlic powder.
  4. Process until well mixed.
  5. Form dough into 3/4 inch balls; roll in Parmesan Cheese.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bakein a 375 oven about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
