  10. Soup 4 - Add Green Curry Paste.
  11. Soup 5 - Add Red Curry Paste.
  12. Soup 6 - Add chiles of choice.
  13. Soup 7 - Add Instant Vietnamese Sour Soup.
  14. Soup 8, 9, 10 Etc -- Season with your favorite combination -- EXPERIMENT!
